To update your credit card you will need to log into your account.
Click on LOGIN and log into your account.
If you have forgotten your password click on Forgot Password and a new password will be sent to your email account in a few minutes.

If you don’t see the email in your inbox we recommend looking in your SPAM or JUNK email folder. Since the email is computer generated email filters sometimes believe it to be spam.

Go to My Account.

Click on Billing and update all fields.

Update your billing information and click Submit 

If your card has already expired then on the billing page you will see this notice. Click yes.
You will be taken to the DVR name page. Confirm your DVR name and click Next.
Complete the billing information, agree to the terms and click purchase.

The customer service team are unable to update your billing information. It will need to be done through the website.
